Costing Assistant Manager - Pasuruan - WFO (ID: 714676)

Our client from a global textile manufacturing is looking for Costing Assistant Manager to support pricing decisions, financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and business analysis through accurate product costing, inventory valuation, profitability analysis, and manufacturing cost management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and analyze product and standard costing in accordance with Group guidelines to support pricing decisions, financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and business analysis.
• Oversee inventory valuation, including stock reconciliation, SLOB/NRV provisions, goods in transit, and stock valuation reporting.
• Prepare and analyze factory statements, trading statements, gross margins, and product and customer profitability reports.
• Develop cost plans, forecasts, and financial reports while monitoring manufacturing costs, material consumption, factory variances, and productivity savings.
• Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, Purchasing, and Product Development to optimize costs, evaluate new product feasibility, and assess profitability and margin impacts.
• Ensure accurate and timely SAP costing setup for new products and projects, including master data, BOMs, routings, work centers, and cost components.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product costing, standard costing, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment with high SKU variations or multi-component structure.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, product costing, and cost optimization.
• Proficiency in SAP, particularly in costing, inventory valuation, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret cost data, analyze variances, and support pricing and business decisions.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, with good communication and team management skills.
