Qualifikationen

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Informatics, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in software development, process automation, database management, or digitalization projects.
• Understanding of SDLC, data management, database concepts, and system integration.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, VBA, C#, or similar programming languages.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, database management, and data analytics.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset and customer-oriented approach.

Aufgaben

• Develop and enhance automation solutions (RPA) to improve engineering processes and productivity.
• Design and maintain dashboards for engineering performance tracking and KPI monitoring.
• Support digitalization initiatives across engineering workflows and data management processes.
• Build solutions for data integration, reporting automation, and workload monitoring.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities through automation and digital tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency.
• Support ERP-related automation and system integration activities.
