Job summary

Schneider Electric in Indonesia is seeking an Automation Developer to advance engineering digitalization. You will develop and enhance automation solutions (RPA), design dashboards and enable data integration across engineering workflows.

Requirements: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's in IT or related field, experience in software development and process automation, knowledge of Python, SQL, VBA or C#, and strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Informatics, Software Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in software development, process automation, database management, or digitalization projects.
• Understanding of SDLC, data management, database concepts and system integration.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, VBA, C#, or similar languages.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance automation solutions (RPA) to improve engineering processes and productivity.
• Design and maintain dashboards for engineering performance tracking and KPI monitoring.
• Support digitalization initiatives across engineering workflows and data management processes.
• Build solutions for data integration, reporting automation, and workload monitoring.
• Identify and implement process improvements through automation and digital tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency.
• Support ERP-related automation and system integration activities.
• Contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
