Job summary

PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design, develop, and maintain UiPath-based automation solutions. You will analyze processes, implement robust automation scripts in Python, and ensure production reliability through debugging and optimization.

The role requires UiPath Studio/Orchestrator proficiency, API integration, SQL knowledge, and teamwork across business users and developers to deliver end-to-end automation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an RPA Developer / Automation Developer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience in developing automation solutions using UiPath.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming for automation, scripting, and system integration.
• Good understanding of RPA development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Familiar with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Understanding of API integration, SQL/database, and Git/version control is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

About you
