Job summary

Aston Sunset Beach Resort, Gili Trawangan membuka lowongan sebagai Room Attendant. Tugas utama meliputi membersihkan kamar tamu sesuai standar hotel, mengganti sprei, mengganti handuk, menyapu, mengepel, dan membersihkan fasilitas kamar.

Anda akan bekerja sama dengan departemen lain, menjaga kebersihan area publik bila diperlukan, dan mengikuti prosedur higienis serta keselamatan kerja. Pengalaman sebelumnya di bidang hotel akan menjadi nilai tambah.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens and make beds.
• Replace used towels and replenish toiletries and amenities.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust rooms.
• Clean bathrooms, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Refill minibar items and drinking water (if applicable).
• Report maintenance problems or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely.
• Respond politely to guest requests and coordinate with other departments when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned public areas if required.
• Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and security procedures.
