Job summary

RoboMetrics AI in Jakarta seeks a highly organized Project Manager & Personal Assistant to lead robotics data collection projects. You will bridge Chinese platforms with internal QA, ensuring on-time delivery and data quality.

The role is ~90% Project Management and ~10% Executive Assistance, reporting to the CEO. Expect coordination with international clients and teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Project Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, or a similar coordination role.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin with professional client communication.
• Experience as EA/PA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client and project management for robotics data collection with Chinese platforms.
• Translate requirements into task briefs, SOPs, training materials, and escalation procedures.
• Maintain project documentation, action trackers, and risk registers.
• Manage internal data-collection teams, QA, and deployment schedules.
• Provide confidential executive support to the CEO, including scheduling and coordination.
