Glints is seeking a passionate Robotic Process Automation Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support intelligent automation solutions using UiPath. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable automation that improves efficiency.

The role requires hands-on UiPath development, strong programming skills in Python, VB.NET, C#, SQL, and experience with API integrations, REFramework, and AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on UiPath development experience.
• Experience delivering automation projects through the software development lifecycle.
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, API integrations, and database integration.

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Robotic Process Automation Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support intelligent automation solutions using the UiPath platform. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, process analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

This role requires hands-on experience in UiPath development, strong programming skills, and a keen interest in emerging technologies such as Agentic Automation, AI-powered workflows, and intelligent document processing.

Duties and Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development:

• Design, develop, and implement Agentic Process Automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath technologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable automation solutions.
• Develop reusable components, workflows, and automation frameworks following best practices.
• Ensure solutions adhere to governance, security, and operational standards.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with process analysts, business users, and stakeholders to gather and define automation requirements.
• Participate in solution workshops and process discovery sessions.
• Assess process suitability and provide recommendations on automation approaches.

Documentation

• Document process definitions, business requirements, technical specifications, and solution designs.
• Create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDD), Process Definition Documents (PDD), test scripts, and operational runbooks.
• Ensure proper knowledge transfer and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Perform end-to-end unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects identified during testing phases.
• Ensure solutions meet functional, performance, and quality requirements before deployment.

Production Support & Maintenance

• Support and troubleshoot existing automation solutions in non-production and production environments.
• Provide proactive monitoring and timely resolution of automation incidents.
• Participate in on-call or support arrangements, including addressing critical production issues during non-working hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to improve solution stability.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Stay up to date with UiPath platform enhancements, AI capabilities, and emerging automation technologies.
• Explore and evaluate new technologies to improve automation effectiveness and business value.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations for process optimization and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience and skills required:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development.
• Proven experience delivering automation projects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Experience supporting production automation solutions and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Strong hands-on experience with: UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, REFramework, API integrations, Background and attended automation development, Exception handling and logging frameworks
• Proficient programming skills in: Python, VB.NET, C#, SQL and database integration, REST APIs and web services
• Version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Microsoft Excel automation and data processing
