Job summary

Glints is seeking an Indonesian-based Robotic Process Automation professional to design, develop, and deploy UiPath-driven automation solutions. You will translate business requirements into scalable workflows and build reusable components while adhering to governance and security standards.

This role involves collaboration with process analysts and stakeholders, delivering production-ready automation and providing support across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on UiPath development experience.
• Proven delivery of automation projects across SDLC.
• Experience supporting production automation and troubleshooting.
• Strong hands-on with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and API integrations.

Job and Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Development:

• Design, develop, and implement Agentic Process Automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath technologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable automation solutions.
• Develop reusable components, workflows, and automation frameworks following best practices.
• Ensure solutions adhere to governance, security, and operational standards.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with process analysts, business users, and stakeholders to gather and define automation requirements.
• Participate in solution workshops and process discovery sessions.
• Assess process suitability and provide recommendations on automation approaches.

Documentation

• Document process definitions, business requirements, technical specifications, and solution designs.
• Create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDD), Process Definition Documents (PDD), test scripts, and operational runbooks.
• Ensure proper knowledge transfer and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Experience and skills required:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development.
• Proven experience delivering automation projects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Experience supporting production automation solutions and troubleshooting technical issues.
