Job summary

PPG Coatings (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Jakarta region seeks a Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and support uninterrupted production.

You will lead a team, coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality and Logistics, and apply Lean/5S practices while upholding EHS standards to drive cost-saving improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, warehouse processes, and material replenishment.
• Experience using SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement principles.
• Knowledge of EHS practices and warehouse safety requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Able to differentiate color properly and willing to work shifts and overtime when required.

• Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve service levels, productivity, and stock accuracy.
• Utilize SAP S/4HANA and warehouse systems to manage inventory, reporting, and operational performance.
