Job summary

AEON Credit Service Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Risk Manager to oversee regulatory governance, risk metrics, and compliance programs. The role facilitates the timely execution of regulatory reports, risk assessments, and committee discussions while driving improvements in risk controls across the organization.

The candidate will lead AML/CFT initiatives, coordinate with business units on regulatory changes, and monitor risk indicators to protect the company and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field and strong grasp of risk management principles.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa and English, with documented leadership ability.
• Experience in monitoring risk, regulatory reporting, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Organize and monitor the governance calendar for regulatory reports and training.
• Act as Risk Management advisor on new product plans and initiatives.
• Ensure and monitor the execution of the Company Risk Register (RCSA), Risk Profile, and FRS.
• Produce gap analyses on new regulations and plan improvements for compliance.
• Educate Business Units about new regulations through socialization sessions.
• Serve as PIC AML/CFT and oversee AML/CFT initiatives and reporting to BOD/BOC.
• Monitor customer transactions and payment profiles using data.

Job description

Responsible for all the enterprise risk management initiatives, include the development, implementation and application of risk metrics and methodologies also the monitoring all Company risk as well as ensuring the compliances with all the regulation both from holding and or regulator.

Responsibilities :

• Organize and monitoring the execution of governance calendar in terms of regulatory report (regular and or adhoc); mandatory training related to Risk Management; Committee Meeting related to Risk Management and Compliance
• Actively involve as Risk Management advisor on New Product Plan/ Initiatives
• Ensure and monitoring the execution of Company Risk Register (RCSA); Risk Profile and FRS.
• Creating gap analysis on new published regulations and do planning for improvement action in order to comply with new regulations.
• Conduct socialization to all respective Business Units for new regulations.
• As an PIC AML/CFT and conduct all the intiatives programme related AML/CFT also creating a report for BOD/BOC.
• Monitoring customer transaction and payment profile based on data.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree preference from Engineer; Business & Management; Law; Math
• Min. Experience 3 years on Enterprise Risk Management role in midle management at Financial Services or Banking Industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Bahasa and English
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good leadership skill and networking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
• Broad knowledge on regulation related to the Financial Services Industry.
