Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking a Head of Risk Management in Jakarta to lead and develop the organization's risk program, identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks that could impact objectives.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience as a Risk Management Manager, with strong regulatory knowledge, digital literacy, and excellent analytical and communication skills. Experience in the pawn shops industry is a must.

This includes identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring all types of risks that could impact the organization's objectives. The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced and motivated individual with a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.

Job Requirements:

• - Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, business administration or a related field.
• - Min. 3 years of experience as Risk Management Manager (Already experienced in the pawn shops industry is a must).
• - Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• - Strong knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• - Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• - Strong digital literacy and proven digital business analysis skills.
• - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Certification in risk management BSMR level 3 is an added advantage.
• - Proficiency in using Ms. Office.
• - Certification in risk management is a plus.
