Job summary

Bank Universal BPR is seeking a senior leader to head the Risk Management function, aligning practices with strategic goals and regulatory requirements. You will oversee operational risk, IT risk, and governance programs across the bank to strengthen controls and resilience.

In this role, you will manage ORM, RCSA, KRI, BCM/BCP/DRP frameworks, drive risk reporting to executives, and collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, and IT Security to elevate risk posture and culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Management, or related field.
• 10–15 years of risk management / GRC experience with at least 5 years in head or senior leadership roles.
• Expertise in ORM, RCSA, KRI, LOP, BCM/BCP/DRP.
• Strong IT & Cyber risk knowledge incl. ISO 27001, IT risk assessment, vulnerability assessment.
• Solid understanding of governance, audit, regulatory compliance.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services/Fintech is a plus.
• Hands-on leadership with strategic thinking and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
