Job summary

Save the Children Indonesia is seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager to strengthen the risk framework across programs and with partners. The role will lead risk assessments, build controls, and provide advisory support to staff and management.

The position requires experience in fraud investigations and data protection, with the ability to train teams, coordinate across units, and travel as needed to ensure compliance with donor requirements and local laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Accounting, Law.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant NGO or humanitarian sector experience.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in fraud investigations and data protection.
• Ability to travel frequently to offices and partner sites.

• Strengthen internal controls and governance across the organization.
• Provide risk advisory to staff, CO/AO, and partners.
