Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social or other relevant study.
• Minimum 7 years of management experience in an NGO environment, including field implementation.
• Strong project management skills with proven results.
• Deep knowledge of donor-funded grants management and compliance.
• Solid financial and budgetary control knowledge and strategic planning.
• Self-starter with interest in innovation and design thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in Indonesian and English.
• Willingness to be stationed in the field with frequent travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination of program implementation within the assigned geographic area, overseeing partner delivery to ensure high-quality, timely programming.
• Oversee partner adherence to workplans, designs, budgets, safeguarding, and MEAL requirements.
• Support partner assessment, onboarding, and capacity-building aligned with SC principles.
• Ensure donor reporting is timely, accurate, and compliant.
• Maintain program records, assess risks, and develop contingency plans.
