Job summary

Save the Children Indonesia seeks a Regional Manager for the KREASI program to oversee two districts. You will lead program delivery, manage staff and partners, and ensure compliance with donor requirements and SC standards. Travel to project sites will be frequent.

You will liaise with government counterparts, build partnerships, and uphold safeguarding and governance across activities to drive education outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• Solid project management skills with a proven history of delivering results.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken Indonesian and strong English written and spoken skills.
• Ability and willingness to be stationed in the field with frequent travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to regional program delivery across districts.
• Oversee partner implementation, budgeting, safeguarding, MEAL, and donor compliance.
• Engage stakeholders, government authorities, and partners to advance program objectives.
• Represent Save the Children in regional forums and ensure high-quality activity delivery.
