Job summary

Save the Children Indonesia seeks a Regional Manager to oversee the KREASI education program in Maluku Utara. The role leads program implementation in Halmahera Utara or Pulau Morotai districts, with frequent field travel and partner coordination.

Responsibilities include safeguarding, MEAL, budget oversight, and strong donor reporting to meet GPE and national standards. Fluency in Indonesian and English is required; BA in social science or related field is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social or other relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of management experience in an NGO.
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated results.
• Deep knowledge of donor-funded grants management and compliance.
• Experience with financial and budgetary control and strategic planning.
• Fluency in Indonesian and strong English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to be stationed in the Field office with frequent travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate program implementation in designated district(s) with partner organizations.
• Oversee partner performance, safeguarding, MEAL, and quality benchmarks.
• Support partner assessment, onboarding and capacity strengthening per donor/GPE principles.
• Ensure donor reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant.
