Job summary

PwC in Indonesia is seeking a proactive risk and compliance professional to help maintain regulatory compliance and manage client risks. The role includes monitoring BAS and deals, reviewing KYC, and creating monthly reports for BAS, deals, consulting, and CMAAS opportunities won.

The candidate will support training sessions and assist with communications for PAC meetings. Strong project management, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong project management and communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of presenting data clearly.
• English language skills—written and spoken at least at an average level.
• Ability to learn quickly and own tasks from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Cover Letter for BAS and Deals.
• Review KYC procedures.
• Create monthly reporting for BAS, Deals and Consulting.
• Create monthly reporting for RA & CMAAS opportunities won.
• Assist training and summarize participants’ status for coaching sessions and trainings.
• Review ECR BAS and ECR Deals & Consulting.
• Assist emailing PAC meeting materials and summaries for KYC & EA links.
• Update RM&I monthly report on participant status for A&C, Save It, BU Coaching sessions.
• Assign PIC for inquiries and consultations.
• Monitor Partners' Hours Dashboard monthly.
• Instruct A&C and Save It trainings.
• Update Risk Register for Consulting, Deals and BAS.
• Enhance Cover Letter & Billing Clearance (UAT).
• Communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
