Job summary

PT. Softex Indonesia seeks a motivated final-year student for a 6-month internship in BSD, Tangerang Selatan, to support post-promotion evaluation and data-driven commercial initiatives.

The role focuses on analyzing sales performance, ROI, and learning from past promotions to inform future strategies. The candidate will build and maintain a promotion database, monitor pricing and promotions across channels, and develop automated reports and dashboards using Excel or Power BI to improve market

Qualifications

• Final-year student from Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• High level of ownership and discipline.
• Available for a 6-month internship in BSD, Tangerang Selatan.

Responsibilities

• Support post-promotion evaluation across customers and channels by analyzing sales performance, volume uplift, and promotion ROI.
• Identify key insights and learnings from previous promotional activities to support future commercial strategies.
• Develop and maintain a promotion database to improve data tracking and analysis.
• Monitor K-C and competitor pricing and promotional activities across various channels, including NKA, LKA, BS, eCommerce, and General Trade.
• Maintain the pricing and promotion tracking database and provide regular updates on market movements.
• Support the development of Price Index Matrix dashboards to monitor pricing competitiveness.
• Develop and improve reports and dashboards through automation using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
