Segari is seeking a final-year student or fresh graduate for a 3-month internship, on-site at the head office in Cirendeu, Tangerang, Indonesia. You will assist the sales and marketing teams with projects, conduct market research, and analyze performance to inform forecasts.

Ideal candidates are fast learners with a strong sense of market trends in food & beverage and consumer products, possess basic Excel skills, and welcome opportunities to use SQL. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Final year student or fresh graduate from reputable universities
• Minimal internship duration of 3 months and immediate availability
• Able to work on-site, once a week at Segari Head office in Cirendeu, Tangerang
• Strong awareness of market trends in F&B and consumer products
• Excellent communication skills; basic data collection and analytics
• Basic Excel skills; SQL would be a plus

Responsabilités

• Assist sales strategy and marketing team on projects (promotion schemes, exposure strategies, and campaigns)
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth in existing markets
• Analyze sales performance and assist forecasting projections weekly
• Analyze assortments to offer the right product to the market
• Collaborate with Social Media, Brand, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Buyer Teams

• Assist sales strategy and marketing team to run projects (Promotion schemes, exposure strategies, and tactical campaigns)
• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for growth in existing markets.
• Analyze sales performance and assist forecasting projections on a weekly basis.
• Analyze assortments in order to offer the right product to the market.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals (Social Media, Brand, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Buyer Teams)
• Final year student or fresh graduate from reputable universities (Preferably with no classes left to attend).
• Fast learner with high curiosity.
• Strong awareness of market trends, especially in food & beverage and emerging consumer products.
• Meticulous in data collection, probing, and analytics.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Having basic excel skills, SQL would be a plus.
• Minimum internship duration of 3 months and can start as soon as possible.
• Able to work on-site, once a week at Segari's Head office (Cirendeu, Tangerang)
