Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a D4/S1 degree in any major; Business, Mathematics, Management, Industrial Engineering or other relevant fields preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at a beginner level is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of basic to intermediate mathematical calculations and strong interest in working with numbers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort in managing data and operational information.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
