Job summary

PT Multipolar Technology Tbk is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to manage end-to-end C&B processes in Karawaci - Tangerang. You will develop salary structures, job grading and incentive schemes, and ensure compliance with labor regulations and BPJS.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance and business stakeholders, conduct market studies, and analyze compensation data to support strategic workforce decisions. Strong Excel and HRIS proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, finance, accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Compensation & Benefits with end-to-end C&B processes.
• Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, salary structures, job grading, benchmarking, annual increments, bonuses and incentives.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, payroll practices, taxation and BPJS.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Compensation & Benefits processes, including payroll review, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compensation programs, including salary structure and scale, job grading, annual salary review, merit increases, bonuses, and incentive schemes.
• Conduct compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and market studies to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations on compensation strategies and workforce costs.
• Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits reports, ensuring data accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with proven experience managing end-to-end C&B processes.
• Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, salary structures, job grading, salary benchmarking, annual increment, bonus, and incentive programs.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, payroll practices, taxation, and social security (BPJS).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in designing or reviewing compensation structures and remuneration policies will be an advantage.
