Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Reconciliation Jr. Officer to join our Finance Operations team.

You will reconcile revenue and related cost components for fulfillment and distribution, and actively follow up on outstanding payments to ensure accurate cash collection. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.25/4.00 and at least two years in AR reconciliation or finance operations; logistics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.25/4.00.
• Min 2 years in AR reconciliation or finance operations; logistics a plus.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reconciliation.
• Strong communication with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile bank-in, order data, and system reports to ensure revenue is recorded.
• Perform revenue reconciliation for fulfillment and distribution transactions.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely payments.
• Support reconciliation of cost components in FAS operations when needed.
• Identify discrepancies and drive resolution with relevant teams.
• Investigate root causes of gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reconciliation summaries, aging reports, and analyses for management.
• Collaborate with Finance, FAS Operations, and Business teams for accuracy.
