Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Junior Accounting Staff to maintain accurate financial records, record daily journal entries, and support month-end closings. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure transactions comply with policy and standards.

The role offers exposure to retail finance operations, ERP systems, and data analysis, with opportunities to learn and grow within a fast-paced organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and journal entries.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Odoo or similar).
• Proficient Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record daily accounting journal entries (expenses, accruals, prepaid expenses).
• Perform GL reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support monthly and year-end closing processes and financial reporting.
• Prepare accounting schedules and supporting data for internal reports.
• Maintain organized accounting documentation and records.
• Assist with internal and external audit activities.
