Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Finance Junior Staff to manage daily financial transactions, AR/AP, invoicing, cash flow monitoring and supplier settlements. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers and dealers to ensure accurate records and timely reporting.

This 6-month contract, with potential full-time, offers exposure to ERP systems like SAP/Oracle and Excel proficiency. Fresh graduates with 1–2 years in finance in distribution/electronics are welcome.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting; distribution/electronics sector preferred.
• Strong understanding of AR, AP, cash flow, invoicing and credit notes.
• Proficient in Excel with formulas and reporting skills.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP/Oracle/Odoo) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and record daily financial transactions accurately and on time.
• Prepare and issue invoices, monitor receivables and credit limits.
• Manage supplier payments and payment schedules.
• Monitor cash flow and support daily financial reporting.
• Process advances and settlements, verify rebates and dealer claims.
• Reconcile CNs, AR, and related transactions; verify incentive calculations.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting; collaborate with teams.
