Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Finance Junior Staff in Jakarta Barat to support daily financial transactions, AR/AP processes, invoicing, and cash flow monitoring. You will work with internal teams, suppliers, and dealers to ensure accurate records and timely reporting, while upholding internal controls.

The role involves handling advances, settlements, and supplier rebates, with a focus on accuracy and process discipline. This position starts as a 6‑month contract leading to full‑time employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years in Finance or Accounting; distribution/trading/FMCG/electronics preferred.
• Strong AR/AP, cash flow, invoicing, advance payments, and Credit Notes knowledge.
• Familiarity with supplier schemes, rebates, and back-margin concepts is a plus.
• Proficient Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and record daily financial transactions accurately and on time.
• Prepare and issue invoices, monitor receivables and credit limits.
• Manage supplier payments and maintain payment schedules.
• Monitor cash flow and support daily financial reporting.
• Process sales and purchase advances and settlements.
• Review supplier rebates and dealer support claims.
• Reconcile CN, AR, and related transactions.
• Verify incentive calculations and supporting documents.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and dealers.
