Job summary

Hubexo is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to strengthen how data, analytics and technology drive commercial decisions. You will develop revenue intelligence, forecast models and pricing support, while partnering with Sales, Finance and Product teams across markets.

The role involves leading AI-powered initiatives, improving forecasting accuracy and scaling analytics to enable smarter, data‑driven revenue decisions in a global business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Analytics, Business Analysis, Commercial Strategy, Pricing, Finance, management consulting or similar.
• Strong track record of using data and analysis to influence commercial or strategic decisions.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong experience in financial and commercial modelling.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop analytical foundations supporting Revenue Operations and commercial decision‑making.
• Analyze complex, fragmented data sources and establish reliable views of performance.
• Develop and maintain revenue forecasts, commercial models and performance analyses.
• Support pricing decisions, commercial initiatives and strategic planning.
• Lead or contribute to cross‑functional projects involving pricing, revenue, sales performance and efficiency.
• Design AI‑powered workflows to reduce manual analytical work.
