Job summary

PT VILLA HERITAGE BALI seeks a Revenue & Market Intelligence Analyst to support the Revenue Management team by delivering actionable data insights and optimizing commercial performance in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will build BI dashboards, automate reports, and analyze occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and demand trends, using Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel to inform strategic decisions and owner/business cases.

Qualifications

• Build, automate, and maintain interactive BI dashboards and reporting tools for management decision-making.
• Forecast demand and identify emerging market trends, risks, and commercial opportunities.
• Support the development of Management and Owner Portals, particularly regarding data structure, KPIs, and dashboard design.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily and weekly tracking of portfolio performance metrics (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace) with accuracy.
• Conduct market, demand, and competitor analyses aligned with revenue management objectives.
• Monitor competitor pricing strategies and market supply to identify shifts in traveler behavior and positioning.
• Perform financial and data analysis to support owner returns and future investment business cases.
• Ensure proper interpretation of raw data to provide actionable recommendations, not just reports.
• Handle large datasets responsibly and report data integrity or system maintenance issues.

The Revenue & Market Intelligence Analyst is responsible for supporting the Revenue Management team in delivering actionable data insights and optimizing commercial performance. This role requires strong analytical discipline, precision, and a commitment to transforming complex data into strategic business decisions within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute daily and weekly tracking of portfolio performance metrics, including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and booking pace with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Conduct comprehensive market, demand, and competitor analysis strictly in accordance with revenue management objectives.
• Monitor competitor pricing strategies and new market supply to identify shifts in traveler behavior and competitive positioning.
• Forecast demand and identify emerging market trends, risks, and commercial opportunities.
• Build, automate, and maintain interactive business intelligence (BI) dashboards and reporting tools for management decision-making.
• Support the development of Management and Owner Portals, particularly regarding data structure, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboard design.
• Perform financial and data analysis to support owner returns and future investment business cases.
• Ensure proper interpretation of raw data to provide actionable recommendations rather than simply preparing manual reports.
• Handle large datasets responsibly and report any data integrity or system maintenance issues immediately.
• Work cohesively within the Revenue Management team to ensure smooth and efficient strategic operations.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward learning new technical skills (e.g., Power BI, SQL, advanced Excel) and continuous professional development.
