Job summary

PT Intrias Mandiri Sejati is seeking an Internal Trainer with at least two years of experience in fast fashion or electrical appliances. The role requires delivering engaging sessions in English and Bahasa Indonesia across online and classroom formats, and creating localized training materials.

The candidate will design gamified training programs, conduct evaluations, and manage training administration with tracking and reporting to drive performance improvements across our Indonesia team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Internal Trainer.
• Mandatory experience in Fast Fashion or Electrical Appliances Industry.
• Proficient in office systems & tools (Feishu, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Creative and able to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
• Organize and conduct training sessions in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both online and classroom training).
• Design and localize training materials based on business needs.
• Create engaging training programs (gamification experience is a plus).
• Conduct training evaluations including tests, role plays, and assessments, and identify training gaps or issues
• Manage training administration including training tracking, reporting, and result analysis
• Provide insights and recommendations based on training outcomes and performance
