Job summary

PT Intrias Mandiri Sejati is seeking an experienced Internal Trainer to design, organize, and deliver engaging training programs across our fast fashion and electrical appliances divisions. The role requires 2+ years in internal training and proficiency with office tools; sessions are conducted in English and Bahasa Indonesia, online and in classrooms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Internal Trainer.
• Mandatory experience in Fast Fashion or Electrical Appliances Industry.
• Proficient in office systems & tools (Feishu, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Creative and able to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
• Organize and conduct training sessions in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both online and classroom training).
• Design and localize training materials based on business needs.
• Create engaging training programs (gamification experience is a plus).
• Conduct training evaluations including tests, role plays, and assessments, and identify training gaps or issues.
• Manage training administration including training tracking, reporting, and result analysis.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on training outcomes and performance.
