Job summary

PT MAJU ASIA RAYA is seeking a Retail Specialist to ensure product arrangement, shelf maintenance, and brand display in retail stores, coordinating with sales and marketing to meet company standards.

You will handle inventory requests, stock counts, replenishment, and the administration of display materials, conduct regular store visits, monitor stock and pricing, and report findings to support launches and promotional programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Marketing, Retail Management, Business, English, or related fields.
• Experience in retail, store operations, visual merchandising, FMCG, beauty, fashion, or supermarket.
• Willing to conduct store visits and engage in execution.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication, coordination, and execution abilities.
• Basic English language skills valued.
• Willing to travel for store visits if required.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data processing and basic report preparation
