Job summary

PT Kao Indonesia (Jakarta) is seeking a detail-oriented Merchandising Projects Coordinator to support the sales team in merchandising activities and optimize store coverage through smart people allocation.

You will monitor merchandising and people performance during store visits, collaborate with third party partners, and conduct periodic business reviews to drive better service and outcomes in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in related position; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills with an orientation to people.
• Capable of working effectively as a team player in a multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and English (written & verbal) is required.
• Proactive, independent, agile and strong follow up skills.
