Job summary

Erajaya Active Lifestyle in Jakarta is seeking a Civil Engineering Estimator to lead cost estimations for retail store construction projects. You will assess drawings, specifications, and tender documents to develop accurate costs and BOQs, coordinating with design, procurement, and project teams.

The role requires a civil engineering degree, 2–5 years of estimator experience in retail construction, the ability to work under pressure, strong communication, and willingness to travel for site

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree required.
• 2–5 years of Estimator experience in retail store construction.
• Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to travel for sites and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary and detailed cost estimations for construction projects.
• Analyze working drawings, specifications, and tender documents to develop accurate cost calculations.
• Compare and evaluate price proposals from contractors and vendors.
• Prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from the owner's perspective.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and project management teams for cost validation.
• Ensure that all cost estimates comply with budgeting standards and policies.
• Provide cost analysis reports and recommendations to management.
