• Resolve on-site issues with quick, effective solutions.
• Verify all project documentation for procedures compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors, malls/landlords, and internal departments on costs.
• Collaborate with SITAC, QC, OE to support delivery and targets.
• Identify risks, plan mitigations, and manage scope changes.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and company requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and analyze on-site and overall performance.
