Job summary

DHL Express Indonesia is seeking a sales-oriented retail associate to deliver customer-centric service at our Semarang outlet. You will support daily store operations and uphold grooming and attendance standards.

Responsibilities include achieving monthly sales targets, following standardized procedures, coordinating data transfer to the country office, and tracking store performance through a scorecard.

Qualifications

• Minimal Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Well-grooming and having a good personality.
• Having experience as a Sales Person will be an advantage.
• Willing to be placed anywhere in Semarang area.

Responsibilities

• To manage and deliver customer-focused service in retail outlet.
• Implement standardized guidelines & procedures and monitor store performance.
• Responsible for sales target by month and driven by selling incentive.
• Coordinate and consolidate data transfer between retail outlet to country office.
• Track store performance through a store scorecard sheet.
• Implement store hours.
• Be committed to quality customer service by being properly groomed with low absenteeism, low in tardiness at all times.
