Job summary

DHL Express Indonesia seeks a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to manage customer service in our retail outlets. You will implement standardized guidelines, monitor store performance, and drive sales to meet monthly targets while keeping attendance and grooming at high standards.

You will coordinate data transfer between outlets and the country office, track performance with a store scorecard, and ensure store hours are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Good grooming and personable appearance.
• Experience as a Sales Person is advantageous.
• Minimum one year working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to be placed anywhere in Jabodetabek.
• Legal eligibility to work in Indonesia; no visa sponsorship.

Requirements :

Minimal Bachelor's Degree, any field.

Well-grooming and having a good personality
