Job summary

Club Pantai Bali seeks a Store Manager in Bali to lead store teams, coordinating with founders and driving smooth store openings. The role is based at our Pererenan office with regular store visits across Bali.

You will validate schedules, manage absences, and maintain store standards including cleanliness, merchandising, and stock control. A hands-on, organized leader with 5+ years in retail is required, with own motorbike for store visits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail, including at least 2 years running a store.
• Hands-on, organised, solution-minded.
• Based in Bali, with your own motorbike to visit our stores.
• A long-term role with real room to grow as we open more stores in Bali.

Club Pantai is "The Cool Gift from Bali", a Bali-born brand of souvenirs and clothing, with every product designed in-house. Stores in Bingin and Ubud, a new flagship coming in Pererenan, and more stores to come across Bali.

The role

You run our stores and lead the store teams, working closely with the founders: great teams, sharp stores, smooth openings. You are the link between our Team Leaders and the founders.

What you will do

Keep our stores sharp: cleanliness, visual merchandising, cash and stock

Present new products to the teams and train new staff

Coordinate new store openings

About you

5+ years in retail, including at least 2 years running a store

Hands-on, organised, solution-minded

Based in Bali, with your own motorbike to visit our stores

A long-term role with real room to grow as we open more stores in Bali.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, based at our Pererenan office with regular store visits.
