Job summary

Club Pantai Bali seeks a Store Manager in Bali to lead store teams, coordinating with founders and driving smooth store openings. The role is based at our Pererenan office with regular store visits across Bali.

You will validate schedules, manage absences, and maintain store standards including cleanliness, merchandising, and stock control. A hands-on, organized leader with 5+ years in retail is required, with own motorbike for store visits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail, including at least 2 years running a store.
• Hands-on, organised, solution-minded.
• Based in Bali, with your own motorbike to visit our stores.
• A long-term role with real room to grow as we open more stores in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store teams and support our Team Leaders.
• Validate schedules and working hours, manage absences.
• Keep our stores sharp: cleanliness, visual merchandising, cash and stock.
• Present new products to the teams and train new staff.
• Coordinate new store openings.
