Job summary

PT Lion Super Indo seeks a senior operations leader to drive operational excellence across its Jakarta supermarket network. You will partner with senior leaders and field teams to translate priorities into measurable results through data analysis and direct store engagement.

You will identify performance gaps, design store and area structures with clear accountability, align staffing with demand, and simplify workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Senior leadership experience in retail operations, preferably supermarkets or grocery chains.
• Strong commercial judgment and analytical skills.
• Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and process improvement.
• Ability to lead change and influence stakeholders across functions.
• Familiarity with retail technology and digital adoption.
• Hands-on approach with regular store and distribution center engagement.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
