Candidates should have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and a D4 or S1 degree; fresh graduates or those with up to two years' experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• GPA minimum 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• D4 or Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Fresh graduates or max 2 years of work experience.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned to any Super Indo outlet across Java & Southern Sumatra.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Retail Management Trainee program with mentorship.
• Advance into an Assistant Store Leader role upon program completion.
