Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Marketing, Management, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, Area Marketing, Brand Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or Retail Operations.
• Experience managing multiple retail outlets is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
• Willing to travel frequently within the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Execute national and local marketing campaigns across assigned outlets.
• Monitor branding, POSM, visual merchandising, and marketing activations.
• Conduct regular store visits and retail audits to ensure operational and marketing standards.
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and market trends to identify business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and customer behavior to support growth initiatives.
• Build partnerships with local communities, hotels, travel agents, institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Develop local marketing initiatives and partnership programs to drive store traffic and sales.
• Propose improvements and support pilot projects to enhance outlet performance and customer experience.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign execution, store performance, insights, and recommendations.
