Job summary

PT Agrinesia Raya is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to execute national and local campaigns across assigned outlets in Bandung. You will monitor branding, merchandising, and activations, and conduct regular store visits to ensure standards and growth opportunities.

The role requires 2+ years in retail marketing, strong analytical and communication skills, and a commercial mindset. Travel within the area is expected to support partnerships and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major (S1).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, Area Marketing, Brand Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or Retail Operations.
• Experience managing multiple retail outlets is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
• Willing to travel frequently within the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Execute national and local marketing campaigns across assigned outlets.
• Monitor branding, POSM, visual merchandising, and marketing activations.
• Conduct regular store visits and retail audits to ensure operational and marketing standards.
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and market trends to identify business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and customer behavior to support growth initiatives.
• Build partnerships with local communities, hotels, travel agents, institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Develop local marketing initiatives and partnership programs to drive store traffic and sales.
• Propose improvements and support pilot projects to enhance outlet performance and customer experience.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign execution, store performance, insights, and recommendations.
