Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mall Manager for Bodetabek / Outside Jakarta Area to lead day-to-day operations of a retail property, ensuring high standards of service, tenant experience, and asset performance.

This role oversees multidisciplinary property teams and service partners, builds robust relationships with clients, tenants and vendors, and uses commercial acumen to drive performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale retail properties or malls.
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid understanding of facilities, security, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of a retail property to high standards.
• Build relationships with clients, tenants, retailers, vendors and contractors.
• Lead property management teams and service providers, setting performance expectations.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, reporting, contracts and service delivery.
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvement for safety and asset performance.
