Job summary

Erajaya Group is seeking a Learning Business Partner to design and deliver development programs for our store teams across retail fashion. You will align training with business goals, drive customer service excellence, and build scalable learning solutions that support growth.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with GPA 3.00, has at least 2 years in learning and development (or as a Store Manager in retail), and is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.00.
• At least 2 years in learning and development in retail fashion.
• Experience as Store Manager or VMD in retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective learning strategies aligned to business needs.
• Deliver engaging learning sessions to store teams using multiple methods.
• Conduct training needs analysis with department heads to identify skill gaps.
• Create and curate training materials reflecting fashion, footwear, and service trends.
• Track and measure training effectiveness and report outcomes.
• Provide coaching to managers and team members for on‑the‑job retention.
• Maintain records and generate progress reports on learning milestones.
