Job summary

PT Fipper Lifestyle Indonesia is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee daily activities across its retail outlets in Jakarta. You will monitor store readiness, ensure SOP compliance, and coordinate with store leaders to drive smooth operations.

You will track sales performance, analyze targets, resolve issues promptly, and support the Sales Promotion teams to execute initiatives effectively.

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities across assigned Fipper retail outlets.
• Ensure all outlets operate according to company SOP, policies, and standards.
• Monitor store opening, closing, cleanliness, product display, and overall store readiness.
• Ensure operational issues at stores are identified and resolved promptly.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of each outlet.
• Analyze sales achievement against targets and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with Store Leaders and Sales Promotion teams to ensure effective execution of operational activities.
