Job summary

Blibli OMG is seeking a Junior Technical Support to manage day-to-day IT operations across Blibli's retail stores and internal teams. You will ensure hardware, software, and network systems are properly set up, maintained, and functioning to keep operations running smoothly.

This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, continuous learning, and working in a fast-paced retail environment with opportunities to grow alongside Blibli OMG’s expanding network.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills; able to explain tech to non-technical users.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to spotting and solving issues.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and grow skills.
• Nice to have CCNA, MTCNA or similar certifications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and fix issues with computers, printers, and software.
• Help users connect to the network (Wi-Fi or wired) and resolve small network problems.
• Handle basic networking (TCP/IP, subnetting) and assist with installing CCTV & NVR systems.
• Set up laptops, desktops, printers, and other hardware for new users.
• Install and configure company-approved software.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and location records.
• Perform regular IT maintenance to ensure system reliability.
