Job summary

Torch is seeking a Retail Manager in Bandung to drive performance of our offline stores. You will set strategic direction, scale store operations, and lead cross-functional collaboration to fuel sustainable growth.

Responsibilities include developing revenue growth strategies, optimizing customer experience, and overseeing inventory, budgeting, and partnerships across all locations. A strong leader with fashion retail experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 7–10 years in retail with 3–5 years in management, preferably fashion accessories.
• Proven track record scaling retail operations across multiple stores.
• Strong business acumen in retail, financials, and commercial strategy.
• Excellent leadership and multi-layer team management.
• Strong data analysis to drive strategic decisions.
• Knowledge of fashion retail trends and brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead retail strategies to drive revenue and brand positioning across offline stores.
• Oversee end-to-end store operations ensuring service standards and efficiency.
• Define customer experience strategy for a consistent journey across stores.
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, ATV and translate insights into actions.
• Drive store expansion and new location openings.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams on campaigns and activations.
• Oversee inventory strategy to optimize stock and sell-through.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand identity.
• Manage retail budgeting and cost controls to hit profitability targets.
• Build relationships with mall management, vendors, and partners.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement and scalability.
• Lead, coach and develop Area Managers & Store Teams.
