Qualifications

• Bachelor's / master's degree in finance-accounting, management or related field
• 5+ years of working experience in Retail
• Knowledge of finance and accounting and its implementation
• Knowledge of laws and public policies related to the economy
• Tax planning, reporting and Indonesian tax regulations

Responsibilities

• Review payment transactions to verify correctness
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management
• Develop and oversee budget reports including actual vs budget
• Produce and analyze monthly and yearly taxes, financial statements, cash flow, budgeting
• Manage budget utilization and ensure precise, well-recorded accounts
• Collaborate with auditors and oversee audited financial statements
• Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
• Fulfill other related duties as assigned
