Job summary

PT Biosphere Indonesia Cosmetics in Tangerang, Indonesia seeks a Finance Supervisor to oversee daily cash flow, review all financial transactions (AR, AP, and tax), and record bank mutations in Accurate Online. You will prepare monthly financial reports and BEP analyses, and coordinate with sales and legal teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, taxation, cash flow, and AR/AP management.
• Experienced in using accounting systems (Accurate Online is a plus).
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily cash flow reports.
• Review all financial transactions, including AR, AP, and tax-related transactions.
• Record bank mutation transactions into Accurate Online.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and Break Even Point (BEP) analyses.
• Review and monitor all requests submitted through the Feishu application.
• Perform tax reconciliation and equalization.
• Prepare monthly SPT reports.
• Coordinate with Sales team regarding Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Coordinate with the Legal team for contract and agreement preparation when required.
• Prepare monthly payroll recap for the tax consultant.
• Prepare annual financial recap reports for the tax consultant.
• Coordinate with tax consultants regarding SP2DK and tax audit processes.
