Job summary

Kay Collection, a beauty retail company in Indonesia, is hiring a Finance Accounting Tax Supervisor to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance. The role focuses on reviewing transactions, preparing reports, coordinating with auditors, and managing accounting systems.

Ideal candidates hold a finance-accounting degree with at least 5 years in retail finance, and have strong tax planning and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / master's degree in finance-accounting, management or related field
• 5+ years of working experience in Retail
• Knowledge of finance and accounting and its implementation
• Knowledge of laws and public policies related to the economy
• Tax planning, reporting and Indonesian tax regulations

Responsibilities

• Review payment transactions to verify correctness
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management
• Develop and oversee budget reports including actual vs budget
• Produce and analyze monthly and yearly taxes, financial statements, cash flow, budgeting
• Manage budget utilization and ensure precise, well-recorded accounts
• Collaborate with auditors and oversee audited financial statements
• Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
• Fulfill other related duties as assigned

Finance Accounting Tax Supervisor - Retail

Responsibility :

• Review payment transactions to verify their correctness.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management, as well as monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
• Develop and oversee budget reports, including comparisons between actual and budgeted figures.
• Ability to produce and analysis all monthly and yearly taxes, Financial Statement, Cash Flow report, Budgeting.
• Effectively manage budget utilization, ensuring precise and well-recorded accounts.
• Collaborate with auditors and take charge of audited financial statements.
• Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
• Fulfill other related duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's / master's degree in finance-accounting, management or related field
• Proven 5 years of working experience in Retail
• Know and have knowledge of finance and accounting and its implementation
• Knowledge of laws and public policies related to the economy
• Able to make tax planning and reporting and master tax regulations in Indonesia
• Have leadership, coordination, communicative, initiative, problem solving, thorough, honest and trustworthy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Advance Excel with formulas
• Deep understanding in finance, accounting, and tax software ( eg. Accurate
