Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a senior Finance & Tax Leader in Jakarta to lead, train, and evaluate the finance & tax team while developing robust financial and tax policies.

You will coordinate workload, supervise payments and billing, prepare management reports, and handle internal and external partner relations, ensuring compliance and performance.

The role requires strong Indonesian tax knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and proven leadership to drive targets and improve department efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or taxation.
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance & Tax.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, IF/COUNT, etc.).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; team-oriented in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with high integrity and good organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and build relationships with clients and internal departments.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1st bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance / taxation

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance & Tax field.

Minimum 2 years Supervisory experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.

Highly proficient in excel (Advance skill in pivot, VLOOKUP, if/count, etc.).

Good communication with negotiable skills, ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, aggressive, and work well under pressure.
